We pack every order with care. Delivery times and fees are confirmed at checkout once live payment and courier integrations are connected.

Standard delivery in Greater Cairo is typically 2–4 business days; other cities may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email or SMS when available.

If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is final sale. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

International shipping is not available in this preview. Terms may be updated when we launch worldwide.
