Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with Auréalis. If something is not right, contact us with your order reference and we will guide you through the return process where eligible.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, except items marked as final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible once we receive and inspect the return.

Opened or used products may be refused unless faulty; faulty items are handled in line with local consumer law.
